Wedding Venue Pricing

Prices are subject to change for subsequent years.

All Wedding Packages Include:

  • 5 hour reception with accommodation for up to 350 guests – Including round tables, floor length linens and chairs, 8’ rectangular tables and floor length linens for hors d’oeuvres, buffet, gifts, cookies, desserts, etc.

  • Day-of event coordination service by The Willow Wedding Coordinator; Venue Manager and professional staff on-site for duration of your event

  • Optional outdoor cocktail hour on covered patio

  • Pricing does not include tax, catering, bar package, ceremony on site, a la carte items, or any other outside vendors

  • Packages and prices are subject to change

January, February, & March ONLY

Friday – $2,995

Ceremony – $495

Only available in addition to a reception package. Includes 2 additional hours grounds access for guests prior to reception start time, white fold out chair set-up and tear down, speakers, and officiant mic )officiant not included)

All other regular season pricing applies to all a la carte items (excluding ceremony pricing)
